The woman behind the bakery
One baker, one oven, every order
Mou's Cake Lake is not a chain and not a cloud kitchen. It is a licensed home kitchen at MIG-625, Adityapur-1, run single-handedly — every cake is mixed, baked and finished by the same hands that answer your WhatsApp.
That is the whole promise. You know exactly who baked it, you can see the kitchen, and if something is not right you speak to the person who made it — not a support line. It also means orders are taken in the order they come in, so the earlier you ask, the more she can do for your date.
Licensed under FSSAI, with separate eggless preparation Ingredients bought weekly, batches dated, nothing stocked ahead A photo of your cake sent to you before it leaves the kitchen
